Custom Painted Brembo Brake Calipers Show Quality (Inquire)
Each Brembo caliper undergoes a 10 step prep and finishing process to the highest level possible by hand. All materials used are 2k and expertly applied by Auto Fanatic. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Hours of preparation and finishing work between each stage is carried out with the utmost precision. I have customized calipers for clients all over the world who simply want the very best. A $500 Core Charge is applied to all orders. Full Installation guide is included as well as technical support.
We can offer Brembo logos in black, white and any other custom logo. Most instances the logos are hand painted on before the final stages of clear coat. Some cores are offered fully rebuilt with new pistons, seals, bleeder screws etc. We also offer this service using brand new OEM dealer supplied calipers upon request if you are unable to supply cores.

This is a very exhausting and tedious process. We do not powdercoat and sandblast calipers due to safety and liability. We request all core calipers to be new, brand new take offs or perfect used calipers. We do not take calipers in that are abused, damaged or require full rebuilds due to the nature and difficulty obtaining those parts now.
Each caliper is chemically stripped clean, we de-bur and smooth the factory castings and any sharp edges and clean and mask up all mounting areas by hand. Each calliper fluid line hold is plugged with custom made plugs and copper crush washers to ensure fluid does not leak out and this enables easier installation. Multiple layers of primer are etched onto each surface. Primers are baked then hand sanded to smooth out the surfaces. Sealer is then applied and multiple coats of basecoat in any color you desire. We custom paint the logos on each caliper we do not use vinyl decals. Each logo is painstakingly stenciled and applied by hand. Sealed and multiple layers of clearcoat applied, baked in our oven for 1 hour and then let to air dry for 5-7 days before each one is inspected, wet sanded and buffed before packaging to send to our customers. This is a very labor intensive process so all we ask is that you be patient because perfection takes a few weeks.
