The Auto Fanatic Professional Wheel Cleaning Foam is finally in production after many setbacks that cost me a fortune to bounce back from. The initial concept of this wheel cleaner started in 2014 when I bought a 2015 Mustang GT with Performance Pack. The cars brakes were amazing but the anodize finish on the calipers was ruined almost in the first week of using popular wheel cleaners on the market that professionals and enthusiasts still use today. Between the corrosion on the brake rotors, brake caliper staining, brake squeal and my own personal affliction with the chemicals I was using I was forced to dive head first into this project.

I love new challenges and this was one crazy roller coaster over the past few years because I did not work with anyone in the car care industry to develop this product. I went to top chemist for industrial manufacturing because I wanted a different mind set taking my engineering and hands on background with these gurus to make this a plausible project. Putting out just another wheel cleaner that the big guys put out with new names and fancy fragrances was not an option because my health was top priority and the vehicles brake system and finishes were secondary while performance was the paramount goal.

My goal was not only to make a better and safer solution for the vehicle and the components of the car but also to the user. I was diagnosed with COPD in 2012 and by using acid cleaners or the harsh skunk piss iron activators I was suffering very bad with my respiratory system. I was in and out of  top NYC hospitals undergoing over 120k billed in tests to see what was causing my health issues. After speaking with top specialists in NYC they all came to the conclusion I had to move out of the body shop and stop using these harsh chemicals to detail my cars.

My OCD is quite evident on my channel in everything I do, I am a perfectionist and as a true car enthusiast who has dedicated his entire life towards this lifestyle and profession.  Living in the NYC area image means everything. Having clean cloths, organize shop and of course a detailed car means a lot to me and to the impression I give to my affluent clients for years. I could not sleep at night knowing my cars wheels were disgusting and I had no easy way to solve this problem. I would even be embarrassed visiting the exotic cars dealerships and clients homes if my car was not spotless. A Proper presentation goes far in business when your are working with discerning clients in the luxury marketplace.

V3 of the wheel cleaner was what was leftover from the last go around in 2016 in my shop and what I showed you guys months back on the channel. I never had the intent of my own car care line my goal doing all of this was to sell the concept and patent to a major company for a licensing agreement. Why not let the big guys deal with the headaches and stress associated with this but once I saw the feedback from you guys and received over 150,000 emails of people around the globe willing to pay whatever it was to get their hands on this new cleaner I I knew something was worth pursuing. There are millions of people out there that need this product ASAP so I took what I had and poured more of my own cash into the project and here we are today finally.

This was not an easy task as a new brand and small business because larger certified blenders will only work with big projects and not guys like me. After losing so much money in bad chemicals from a small mom and pop blender the first time around I insisted on having an ISO9001 facility blend this for me and YOU. I spent months vetting chemical compounders and raw material suppliers to make sure if this was going forward it had to be perfect this final go around. This will ensure quality every step of the way and also ensures they are using the raw materials from the specified suppliers I demanded and no exceptions.

The initial production run will be pretty large which to a major blender is chump change and I had to beg them for months to take on the project promising them much larger runs in the future. This is why there was such a delay bringing this to market. As a result the pre-order is live and almost 50% is pre-sold. International orders are through the roof with Canada, Australia and UK being some large markets right now. I must inform you that we will not be given a production slot for a second production run until June-July 2019 and that can even be pushed back further if the ISo 9001 certified blender is backed up or simply does not want to take on the project. This formula is a tedious process involving many components to make it do what it does. I am involved in manufacturing and I get it, it does not pay to take on a run for as small new start up when they rather do millions of dollars in runs for a big player. That is just basic business math and common sense at play here with a booming economy.
