After owning and driving my new 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio for a few days I desired more sound. I only drive my cars in Race or Track mode and I first considered the Forza module to open and close the exhaust on demand. Once I realized it did not make the car any louder I decided not to install it. My personal opinion is why drive the car with the slowest transmission logic and throttle and power with the loud sound, to me that makes no sense and I understand why Alfa programed the DNA as such. I explored many options from full high end systems from TUBI, SuperSprint, Capristo and more but the prices seemed over the top just for some more sound I desired. I then found a video on the Centerline Alfa X pipe and felt this was the smartest and safest option to start. If i wanted more I can always do their Stradale system and call it a day. The X pipe is manufactured exclusively for Centerline Alfa by Magnaflow right here in the USA and I liked that. I also like the OEM quality and full stainless 304 construction and I highly doubt any dealers service center would even realize this is not OEM.

Always clean and debur exhaust pipes for easier fit and adjustment, watch video how I do it.

I am very happy with the sound so far, and you must realize on a biturbo car the turbochargers act as silencers for the exhaust pulsed gases as they exit so getting the right amount of sound, tone and volume can be tricky without making the car sound obnoxious. For now I am happy but I think in the spring I will be doing a full exhaust to take it up even further. Stay tuned for more Alfa content on my channel and web site. Auto Fanatic!
