This was another fun restoration since we know the F355 models so well. This car came to our workshop from an international client who bought this car in Italy. It was a very tired car yet complete and running decent. After this client saw the work we performed on the 1995 F355 and other models we shipped the car to our workshop for the complete Auto Fanatic touch. We did not only mechanical restoration but a full concours level repaint using Glasurit single stage like original and we painstakingly reupholstered the full interior expertly matching the color and grain of the original Conolly leather hides. one of the most important details when opening the engine cover on an F355 are these cast aluminum intake plenums, These were all hand cast and some are better than others however these were in terrible condition with so many casting defects we had to repair and make nicer before hand painting them to perfection as shown. The silver inlay stripes were expertly masked and airbrushed to perfection as shown. This engine compartment is concours ready now wait until you see the finished results
